- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Generate "Deepfakes" or deceptive content intended to mislead.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or bypass rate limits.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BanaGen makes no warranties that the AI-generated Output will meet your requirements or be free from bias, inaccuracies, or unexpected results inherent in generative AI technology.
