On any paid plan, you own full commercial rights to every image you generate — including use in advertising, merchandise, and client deliverables. Images created using free credits are covered by a non-commercial license (CC BY-NC 4.0).

You do. BanaGen does not claim ownership of generated images. On paid plans, images are yours to use commercially. On the free tier, usage is personal and non-commercial. We recommend keeping a local copy of any image you intend to use.

Uploaded reference images are temporarily stored to process your generation request. They are not used to train AI models and are automatically deleted after a short retention period. We do not share your uploads with third parties.

By default, generated images may appear in the public gallery to inspire other creators. Pro plan users can enable Stealth Mode to keep their images entirely private — hidden from the feed and visible only to them.

We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you've used fewer than 50 credits. Email support@banagen.com with your order ID and we'll process it promptly. Note that payment processor fees are non-refundable in some regions.
